Shipping within Canada
We ship across Canada via Canada Post.
• Flat rate: $15 CAD
• Dispatch time: 3–5 business days
• Tracking included with every order
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
• Western Canada: 4–7 business days
• Atlantic Canada & remote areas: up to 10 business days
International shipping
We currently ship within Canada. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each doll is handmade in small batches, we’re not able to accept returns for change of mind. That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or find a solution.

• A photo of the item (and packaging, if relevant)
• A quick note about the issue
A few things to know
Olly Olly dolls are made with organic cotton, printed with water-based inks, and filled with soft hypoallergenic stuffing. They’re designed for gentle, imaginative play and recommended for ages 3+.
Each doll is made by hand, so small variations in stitching, placement, or fill are part of the process — and part of what makes each one unique.
Can they be washed?
We recommend spot cleaning only.
Are they safe for babies?
They’re designed for gentle play and recommended for ages 3+. We suggest supervised use.
Will the doll look exactly like the photo?
Very close — but because each doll is handmade, slight variations are natural.
Do you restock sold-out dolls?
Sometimes, but not always. Most dolls are released in limited monthly batches.
