OLLY OLLY Shipping & Policies
Every Olly Olly doll is handmade in Toronto, in small batches, with a lot of care. Here's everything you need to know about getting one to your door.
Shipping within Canada
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping is a flat rate of CA$15 on all orders — no surprises at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it home.
Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination:
• Ontario & Quebec: typically 2–4 business days
• Western Canada: typically 4–7 business days|
• Atlantic Canada & remote areas: up to 10 business days
A note on timing
Because every doll is handmade in small monthly editions, some items may have a short wait time if we're between batches. If your order will take longer than the standard 3–5 business days to dispatch, we'll let you know by email right away.
New dolls are released in small monthly editions — join the newsletter to get first access before they go live in the shop.
International shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Olly Olly doll is handmade in small batches. Because of the nature of handmade work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
That said, we want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives that isn't as it should be, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery at hi@ollyolly.ca with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item and any packaging damage
• A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange an exchange or find a solution as quickly as we can. We're a small operation and we take every order personally — if something goes wrong, we want to know.
Handmade variation
Every Olly Olly doll is made by hand, which means each one is slightly unique. Small variations in stitching, placement, or fill are a natural part of the craft — not a defect. These differences are part of what makes each doll its own.
